Lesson from the book of Esther

Sunday, 28 July 2013 · Christian Life
All through the chapters and the verses of the book of Esther, God or any name attributed to him was never mentioned (I think it sounds surprising), yet the book of Esther is a spiritual book that expresses spiritual truths.

Sometimes we tend to place premium on that which is seen and thus neglecting the weightier matter. The fact is this; there is more to a thing than what the eyes meet; our “inward impression” speaks better about us than does our “outward expression”.

Until your inward self is transformed, you are guilty. Never be a white washed tomb that though outwardly may appear interesting but when unveiled, is a disaster.
